Larry believes the greater the investment, the greater the reward which is obvious in his bronze sculptures. After many years as a landscape architect, Larry discovered his true passion for sculpting. Inspired by the inner spirit and strength of the human figure, Larry began working with live models, often athletes at the pinnacle of their sport. To create each bronze, his is an interactive process between the model and the artist. Not just as a viewer capturing a pose, each session is a performance where Larry sculpts in clay in the moment. Each sculpture has a unique personality and great strength, enhanced by Larry’s attention to detail and texture.
