April 3 – 12, 2014
Meet the Artist: Friday April 4, 4-7pm
“Painting is not a decorative act, but rather a love story where emotion plays on motion, light, and color, sending vibrations through the spirits of those viewing it.”
A native of Brittany, France, Jean Duquoc uses his home landscape as the primary inspiration for his paintings and pastels. He plays with color and light, focusing on the emotive qualities of paint to orchestrate brightly colored landscapes that encompass the beauty of the region and his love for his home.
