At 8:30 this morning a terrific & motivated group of women met at Renaissance Fine Arts, Village of Cross Keys in Baltimore for the first of ten sessions of The Art of Yoga. Conversation and Cocktails in the Gallery
Our very own Katie Funk, Art Consultant at Merritt Gallery in Chevy Chase, played an important role in hosting the Corcoran's "Cultural Cocktails" event at the gallery last month. As a member of the Steering Committee of the Corcoran's 1869 Society (The Corcoran's young professionals group), she led the event and spoke to the group about some of the gallery's artists and artwork; giving key advice on how to start your own art collection. It was a night of mingling, art and cultural conversation sure to be remembered! Check out some pictures from the event below.
